Pet Peeves

When people ask for help but then argue with the help instead. Like… why did you ask? Do you really want help!? I see it all the time here but also some FB groups I’m on. People are just so rude constantly to people providing help for FREE in their spare time.
Feeling entitled is rough.
Not only do they need something for nothing they need it when they want it and it needs to be want they have already decided it needs to be for self validation.

Improperly marked road signage for road closures.

Though to be fair it is winter and the snow plows would likely take them out anyways….. but it’s still annoying to have to turnaround and go back 3km to the detour, all because some idiot hit the hiway overpass and damaged the bridge, and didn’t tell anyone!

My SIL has been letting her free-range dog "play tag" with the calves in the back pasture. Today I saw him and 3 other dogs harassing the bull, like wolves trying to take down an elk. Fortunately the owner of the cattle sent his man to break it up (does he have a camera out there???) or who knows what might have happened. Where I come from dogs get shot for that nonsense and I don't want him teaching my dogs that "game."

Don't let your dogs participate? Seems fairly easy to prevent an issue.

Nobody has fences around here, not fences for dogs anyway. Mine come and go out the doggy door any time they want. I might not know if mine were participating in such delinquent behavior, I can't see the pasture from my house. Until today I had no idea my SIL's dog was doing this, or that another neighbor's dogs had joined in the "fun." I only knew bc my Sheltie, who is the self-appointed Fun Police, was yelling about it and I got up to see what he was going on about.
