It's coop. Coop coop coop coop COOP!!! As soon as the chickens form a massive uprising and take control of the farm, you can get back to me with your "coup."

People typing "coup" when they mean "coop" is definitely a pet peeve of mine. It's not defiantly a pet peeve, though I will defiantly stand up to autocorrect as it attempts to butcher my attempts to type definitely.

But what if the flock members leave the coop, get in a coupe and drive to the capitol to stage a coup? Then what do you do?

Maybe they're including it to stress how important that chicken is.

OK, OK, I think I can make an exception for a chicken named Moony. Sheesh!
