Just saw someone on FB that's planning to use a crock pot as their heated chicken waterer this winter. Not sure if my pet peeve is FB, a lack of safety concerns, or just people in general.

Wouldn't it be great if schools taught fiscal responsibility as a part of the regular curriculum? Topics could include: how to balance an account, how interest works for and against you, methods for saving, why you don't need that cheap crap to be happy, what a good credit score will do for you, and I could go on and on.

Remember when it was taught? Dad started teaching when I started working at 12 yrs. Business courses in High School, so it was available. Hey, look on the bright side, there's an APP for that!
