I took Home Ec in 1995(ish). We learned how to "make" boxed mac and cheese, and because our class sizes were so bloated, we only got a teaspoon each to taste. So I learned nothing, except that I never wanted to share a box of mac and cheese with anyone ever again.Home Economics, I took it.
