it is a wood duck and it is actually a hen, we thought she was a drake when we first got her because all ducklings look the same and by the time we knew she was a hen she already knew that her name was peter!!!

Funny story! Coincidentally, we also have a female Muscovy duck named Pete. (Because we mistakenly thought she was a drake.)

Pete is the one in the front. The all dark one.
