Petition re backyard chickens Phoenix AZ

I'm passing along this link to a petition a friend on facebook posted. It's to Phoenix AZ Mayor Greg Stanton: "Make it easier to keep backyard chickens within the city limits."

FWIW, that is not the mayor of Phoenix, although he will be next month when he takes office.
