Petition signed now what

We have restrictions against poultry and I needed to get 75 percent of my neighbors to sign ( which were 3 families). So, now I am not sure what happens. I have to file with county clerk but I am hoping no lawyer will be required. I couldn't find any info about after you get signatures.

What exactly do the poultry restrictions say? You will be able to find out what you need to do exactly by calling the zoning office in your area. Let them know you have the signatures and would like to know how to proceed. I hope this helps. Best of luck

The restriction is not with the county just the land owner who wants to develop a neighborhood one day. We could have 2cows, 2 horses, 2 dogs, 2cats. No poultry or swine. I know I have to take to county clerk to file it but hope I did it right.
