I adopted her when she was four years old and Seven had been her name since she was a pup. I believe that there is a story behind her name, but I do not know what it is for sure.

Our silly boy, Skelly. We adopted him off our front porch when he showed up looking like a skeleton! He was all skin and bones, poor guy. Sweetest dog ever, such a blessing he found his way to us.

A bit older, yes, 11. The powder sugar face gets me every time! I got her one of the best years of my life. I just finished my associates degree and got a grown up job, bought my first new car and she was a gift from my fiance that year. Our last dachshund lived to 18, so maybe we will be that lucky again!

We thought part border collie, too, probably! He must think he’s a smol boy, he always sits in the little dog’s bed, despite having his own.
