Nope not yet.... i don't think i will get any pips until tomorrow...i think right now they are all moving around in the egg positioning themselves so that they can pip an hatch.. i think that's why the eggs are wiggling so much
Ahh know the feeling, my silkie eggs are rocking and rocking but no pips. They are only on day 19 though, so I another day or 2 to wait. I see you are from MD. I am from Charles County MD. I moved to NC in 1999, still own part of family farm there though. Hope your hatch goes well.

lol yea it's nerve racking.... yup you might get some pips tomorrow on day 20... i only had one silkie egg pip on day 19 but it didn't hatch until day 20...lol and normally when i hatch chicken eggs they always wiggle from day 18 to 19 then i get pips on day 20 and sometimes they start hatching on day 20 and up
that's cool yea MD here born and raise
but i plan to move to PA when i buy or rent my first home.. my dad is from PA and i spent my summers there as a kid.. i just love it there
i hope you have a great hatch to..you must keep me updated
no pips or peeps yet but the eggs are still wiggling so i am sure they will start hatching later this evening as soon as it starts getting dark...as Coturnix love hatching at night time for me for some reason..lol
but i will be checking all day just in case i see some pips or anything .... i have my camera ready!

Nope... i just got home because i had to run to the grocery store so i figure by time i get back there would be a chick or at least some pips but nope still nothing..lol
the eggs are still wiggling though so they are still alive.. my temp and humidity is good so i don't know why it's taking so long.... normally on day 17 at least half the eggs would have been hatching by now.
i have never had quails chicks take this long..normally by now i would have chicks bot nope nothing just wiggling eggs!
and i need these chicks to hatch before my other boxes of eggs come so i don't have to pull the other bator out... i can just wash this one and re-use it
