Pheasant chicks or Guinea Keets

Help please...purchased these and was told they were pearl gray guinea keets but have received several opinions that they are pheasant chicks. Thank you!

Going by the color pattern on their heads, they are pheasants. Here are a couple of guinea chicks for comparison.
