Pheasant crusty eye, help needed

Hello, the picture attached is a picture of my red golden pheasants eye which appears to be crusty and wet, but he is acting completely fine but one of the females looks droopy. Any help in what I should do and what this may be. Thank you the two pictures of for comparison so you can see the difference between the eyes

I'm not familiar with pheasants so you may wait for someone who is to arrive. @Sean007 may be able to help. For the eye you might, lavage any debris out with some saline, wipe off any gunk with a warm damp towel, and apply a bit of an ophthalmic ointment such as Terramycin, and see if that resolves the issue. You can repeat that a couple times a day as needed.
