Pheasant egg help please

I have 10 eggs the incubator is set around 100 humidity at 38%. Is this ok if i mist and could i do a couple chickens at the same time
 
Its day 25 and i havent heard anything. Humidity is at 50 temp stays between 94 and 101. Any idea wat i did wrong
 
Your temp is not consistent. If it ranged between 94 and 101 the whole incubation period they won't hatch. I would be shocked if they are still alive. If its the foam incubator they are horrible. Sorry to give the bad news.
