Pheasant egg?

Somehow I believe that the same mutation that turns chicken eggs blue are turning this eggs green(light brown or cream eggs, if they were completely white they will be blue instead) can anyone who raises pheasants that lay greenish eggs do me a favor and lightly sand them and see if it turns light bluish.?

Thanks, I believe it's the same mutation, I have yet to see Clean White(like Leghorn eggs) White eggs from Pheasants, more like cream and brown so the green comes from the same genetics as of chickens, not the same exact mutation of course, there are two known mutations of the blue egg shell gene in chickens the South American type(the same mutation found on American and European breeds) and the Chinese type blue egg shell mutation, interestingly enough the mutation occurs on the same O allele but on different regions and it's caused by the same retrovirus, so I would not be surprised if the same retrovirus insertion is found on the O allele(on different region of the allele) on the Pheasants that lay green eggs.

I would like to ask a question if I can. Somebody is asking me to incubate some pheasant eggs for them i have a hatching time ct180 will pheasant eggs fit into a regular chicken egg rack? I'm trying to figure out if I need to buy quail rails or not.
