First pheasant chick. 10 more eggs in the incubator. The first 4 or 5 were not fertilized and this will be a staggered hatch as they were laid sporatically (may still get more). I ended up finding quail rails for my turner. Then I only installed 1/2 of them that way, when it is time to stop turing an egg it just gets moved to the side without rails. That means no real lockdown, but, with minimal disturbance, I am sure it will work out. Best part is my 4 year old grandson got here last night and won't miss any of it
