doing my reading, pheasant eggs take from 23-28 days to hatch. I'll raise the humidity when the pipping starts as I've read. Just wondering what to expect at hatch time and why the variance (23-28 days). Is it due to different breeds of pheasants?? Any differences at hatch time compared to chickens that might be of note? Thanks, Keystonepaul

I believe that Chinese Ringnecks are 21 days, just like chickens.

we were trimming box elder trees in our shelter belt today (box elders are giant weeds!) and I came across a nest of 8 Ringneck Pheasant eggs, we scared the hen off. I am sure she will be back
