Pheasant injury

Hey guys,
This is my first post here. This is my first time raising pheasants. I have 18 pheasants that I recieved from the Department of Environmental Conservation. I need some help. I just moved my pheasants outside. During this move I noticed that a few of the pheasants are missing feathers. I hear that this is normal but one of the pheasants has a cut on his back that now seems to be infected. I soaked the cut in warm water and put peroxide and antibacterial ointment on it. I need some help figuring out if there is anything else i can do. I plan on checking on him tommorow to see how he is and moving him inside if need be.

I would make sure not to put it back with the rest until it's healed. I would just keep putting medicine on it. Ringneck pheasants are bad for canniblism.

Update:
I ended up putting blue kote on the cut and wrapped a bandage on it. He stayed inside for a few hours but I ended up putting him back outside. He is doing very well and it seems like the cut is healing. None of the birds seem to notice the cut at all.
