How big of a pen should I have for a pair of pheasants.

I think you'll be able to link to other pheasant owners. I IMAGINE that you need housing like a bantam chicken, but I think that pheasant can fly a little better than a chicken, and the run should be different.

BTW, on vacation in the Black Hills, in SD, our horses spooked a nest of wild, baby turkeys--we could almost grab them in in flight, because they were so slow!
