Pheasants sneezing.

I just noticed that some of my pheasants have been sneezing. I have been raising pheasants for several years now and never have seen this before. Can anyone tell me what their problem is?

Do you worm them?

could be getting a respiratory infection. Try giving them aureomycin and see if it stops, either way it wont hurt them, it's a good antibiotic. If their eyes start swelling and getting pussy, and they begin gasping, you may need to get Tylan 200 injectible and give to them.

These are all new chicks Tony. I released all of the adults this spring.

After asking a friend here that raises gamebirds, I found that they have gapeworm. I am currently treating them for this. Thanks guys for all of the help.

could just be a common cold.

I treated the birds with worm medication and this solved my problem. They are not sneezing anymore. Thanks to Bill Johnson for the advice and the wormer medication.
