Pheasants

Hi Nessia,
You may not want to have any females in with a bunch of males,as the males will fight over hens.Even if they are not of the same breed. You can house many males together as long as no hens are around. That also means the hens can not be next to the males pen.Keep them as far apart as you can.Why would you want to put ringneck hens with goldens?Or any other breed?Keep them pure there are to many mutations out there and the pure breeds will disappear.

To breed?? Why??

Dan

yeah to breed to raise babies because I can't afford the goldens locally and the males are wanting females

Mine aint pure to begin with and there will be one red golden male to 2 ringneck females in one pen and in the other will be one male red golden with 1 ringneck female and a yellow golden female. Gonna trade eggs for eggs when the lay with a guy who has yellow golden trio.
