I know there are different color pheonix chickens and was curious what color this chick will be.

Maybe! But the chick has wing feathers now and they look like this.

Silver duckwing or maybe golden duckwing. Has to be one or the other.
Wow! I looked it up and I think you right, the rooster in a silver pheonix and the hen is solid white, so I was expecting the chick to be one or the other. When I looked it up I didn’t see a golden duck wing rooster with the same color feathers this chick does so does this mean its a hen?

Some strains of duckwing chickens can be sexed at hatch time. The ones I have can be. Looking at the “eyeliner” on that chick. I would feel safe saying you have a pullet.
