Love going out for this, have tried to make it at home.. but you know it's never as good as.

Do you have a tried n true recipe?

I love Vietnamese food but have never eaten Pho. I always get Bun thit nuong, can't make myself order anything else.

I would guess the secret of good Pho is really, really, good broth, to state the obvious.

Try steamykitchen.com - Jaden Hair's blog -- I think she has a good recipe for pho there-- haven't tried it but have tried several of her recipes & all were excellent.
