well i havent asked or talked to the brother about any of the chicken stuff at this point. All he knows is that I found homes for all of my adult hens, which was probably one of the hardest things i have ever done, considering all of them where raised from hatchlings. So i guess regardless of whether the chickens are allowed or not, i really do not see myself living with my brother for longer than 6 months anyway. So them living in a garage, and comming out to play in the yard only when im supervising will have to do for now. He has told me that people in the immediate are have tons of livestock, chickens, horses, goats, etc..... but in his subdivision the homes are close together so he believes it wont be allowed.
