Wednesday i am going out to look at some bantam white phoenix and i need to know what to look for... i am looking for good quality.

Arent they supposed to have combs that dont fold over? and blue or slate legs?

They should slate legs, white earlobes, a small-medium sized single comb, good condition, you dont want slumpy/sluggish birds.
