It should give you a choice under the video or picture to move, delete, etc. maybe it is on top of them. Move your cursor around.

I log in and then go to what ever item you want to move video or picture. Put your cursor over the pic or video and hold it there. Then it should come up and one option should be share, delete, and move. This is in blue and the first items under the pic that comes up after you do what I said above.
