What gorgeous birds!

Just to balance the chickens out with some more waterfowl (and cos I haven't got a nice recent pic of my hens who are also in moult anyway!) here are my ducks. Since we can only enter 3 and I have 4 ducks, I have decided to put in the black, blue and white speckled Indian runner ducks in the pic below:

Here is Quaver, my 2 month old drake Indian runner duck. He is like a young giraffe whose legs and neck are too long for him to manage gracefully!

Here is Duckula, my other drake and hatch-brother to Quaver. He is also 2 months old. He is the leader of the pack and gets the treats first because he is the bravest. He leads his family into the coop for the night just as it gets dark.

Here is Badger, my black bibbed Indian runner duck. She is very sweet and loves to eat defrosted peas from my hand, dabble in mud and swim!

That Peacock is so beautiful. When I first saw the picture I was blinded from the color because it's so bright. Awesome photos!
