Photo of hen's foot - is this bumblefoot?

Hi friends -- Can anyone familiar with foot issues take a look?
Is this bumblefoot? or something else? Advise?
She is walking around normally, not lethargic or acting differently at all.

Is there any scab or cut on the bottom of the footpad? Bumblefoot can also occur on the top of the foot between the toes.

Thanks for replying. No scab or cut on the bottom. Everything looks fine except for this big swollen area.
