And then I'm going to try and post and share photos we took of the Eclipse 8.21.17 in the path of Totality- Madras Oregon (hope that's ok - we took them with a special lense telescope) see the solar flares?

My chicken friend who watches my feather and fur babies when I'm away reported my laying chicken Gerta laid very few eggs the days before the Eclipse, slipped several days actually
This worried me - but she picked up on the day of the Eclipse and her pattern went back to usual when we arrived home (creatures of habit)

Now she's upped it to six a week instead of five - go figure
