So, I felt this - bulging belly and it's very soft, very warm, kinda reddish-pink. I can't feel anything hard or egg-like in there, so don't think she's egg bound. She seems to be eating fine, took several minutes to catch her, ... just kinda worried about what might be going on. She is a RIR cross.

And a closeup of her one foot, which seems to be scaly/elephant-like

My amaraucana has the scaly legs and bulging belly too.

Mine has this and yours might too...

Scaly leg mites and Ascites. Ascites is a rare disorder they get from their ancestors from liver disease and heart failure. It makes their liver leak lymph into A bubble in the abdomen. Mine has it and they say poke them with a needle and take some liquids out everyday and honestly I think it's a waste of time. They won't ever get over this disease and it's not usually life threatening, but can shorten their lives a little. You can buy spray for her legs at the feed store for her! Good luck to you and your hen!
