i meant to ask, is waddles the correct term?. I call them toggles, as my toggenburg goat has them..

Oz is a nickname for Australia.

oops, Oz = Australia.

waddles = wattles = toggles = tassels.

I think waddles is the politically correct term but all are used interchangeably.

Like doe/nanny, buck/billy. Doe and buck are the PC terms
