Photos uploads on BYC

Ok, the first time I used it I uploaded the pic straight from my disk drive. Since then, an error message comes up and it tells me that the file needs to be jpeg. Trouble is that the files are already jpeg, so what gives? I would like to be able to use this feature on the forum more, but can't with this hang up.

Buster, if the image is a jpg or gif the only other problem that we know of is if the image is over 2 or 3 MB in size. If the forum is busy it just takes the resizing application too much memory to resize the image.

Keep me posted. I've seen peeps get this error but have never been able to get someone to send me an image that will cause this error.
