I'll get pics up soon, but right now they're just sticky blobs...

They'll be feather-footed-tufted-bearded-colored egg layers!! Just need to get a crest in the mix...

Here's a pic, with 2 of the Buff Ameraucanas that are also hatching...we'll have SLW and maybe a Serama in here soon, too!

Comforting the chicks? I doubt it is an important design feature. They're going to be adorable hens (and roosters).

You at it again, crazy woman!!!! I leave for a day and your hatching...congrats!!!! they are adorable!!!! what do you have in with them, the green stuff...are those toys???

I have a folded damp piece of fleece, which is under one of the vent holes, so I can use a little funnel and pour in warm water when the humidity goes down.

I also have the stuffed frog in because they'll make their ways over and one will nestle in each nook. I'll probably find a few on top, too.

It's nice for them- I don't have my surrogate hen-wing design perfected yet...

...and you know I MEAN to do it!!!

I don't think you are crazy or bonkers. You have found something you enjoy so you go about doing it...seems pretty rational to me. Nice babies.
