Picked up another call duck, what is this color?

I picked up a female call duck (adult) and it is mostly light gray with some white on it. I have searched and searched and can't seem to find what color this is considered.
Also, I have it isolated for now to make sure it is healthy. (Seems fine) But how long do I keep it apart from the others?
