Picked up CL coop

Found this cute little and very well build coop on CL. Going to put sliders on the windows, insulate, and add a wood roof. It's going next to the hay barn. Here are my before pictures...

Painted it and installed R-13 insulation.

Is it new? It doesn't look like it was used at all...?

oh- and why are you removing the metal roof? I would leave it on! It will last a lot longer than a wood roof.

The guy had chickens for a year then had a baby....couldn't find the time to clean the chickens.

My gain!

I don't want condensation from the metal roof, just figured it would be easier to insulate too. I thought about running the roof to the side
of the hay barn to protect the entrance to the coop too. I'm setting it about five feet from the hay barn so they'll have a little covered area
in their run.

It is so funny, I opened this post not realizing who the OP was, and I said to myself, I recognize that place! I've been there!

New little house looks great! Raining here, so are not finished with our new coop yet, either. Were just at the painting stage when the rain came in.
