Picked up new hens today

I have a bunch of RIR hens with clipped beaks too. They do not eat and drink as easily as the other hens&roosters but they are still ok. I feed mine laying crumb. They seem to eat that okay.

Ok Ispoke to the old owner and she says that 1 was starting to molt and the other was getting picked on from the others. How old do they start to molt?
