Picking and it won’t stop.please help I am worrying

I’m not an expert on leghorns either, but because of the sharp feathers I would say cockerel for sure. ...but only hens lay eggs.
They both have a very beautiful but strange appearance for pullets.

Definitely hens. Look at cackle hatchery it is where I got them. The Roos look very different. I let three out for about an hour with supervision. All of the sudden a raven or a crow comes circling. I made noise and scared it away. Scared me half to death. Don’t even know if they eat chickens. 😂. I am going to make a hoop coop addition on hopefully that will help. Thank you for all the advice. ☺️😌

Hey one more question for everyone. I am adding on a hoop coop about 7 ft away will chickens walk through culverts?

Not sure what you mean by a culvert. Most chickens are afraid of new things or things they are unsure of, so you may have to show them how, encourage them by sprinkling treats to get them to go where you want. They also may not want to go through something if it's dark in there. Once they know they can, and they feel safe there, then they should be fine. Whatever the passage way is, I wouldn't make it too narrow/small, or you will have traffic jams. One dominant bird could hold everyone up. You can make hoop passage ways also, makes them portable so you can move things if needed or wanted. Some people use them in their gardens so the birds can have access to the areas that aren't planted.
