Picking on each other....WHY?

Big yard is good, but how big is coop?
How long have they been outside?

here's the size of there coop but in this photo it's not finished, and this is going on the 4 day they have been outside

Looks like a nice big coop...should be room in there for an isolation area or use a wire dog crate

OK I will try to separate her, but it's not going to be easy. If it doesn't stop I will Re- home her.

We put ours in dog crate next to the run.
