I have four different breeds and one of them is picking the feathers off the others to the point where they got bare skin now around the back ends. Anybody got a method to stop this madness.

What does your set up look like? Anything in the run to keep chickens busy? Any hiding spots or areas where chickens can get away from one another if being harassed?

What are you feeding them? Protein % on feed, and also any extras?

The "quick fix" answers would be pinless peepers and blu kote, but that doesn't "fix" things just makes it harder for the culprit to see.

You know they just sit there while that chicken picks at their butts and takes all the feathers off them they don't run away they just sit there let it do it. I wonder if maybe I could put some Vaseline on those feathers.

I would recomend you try the pinless peepers before you cull her..
I purchased mine from Amazon for about 13.00 and it came with the tool to put them on. after 6 weeks, i took the goggles off my feather picker and the habbit stopped.
If it does not stop yours, please do not rehome her to someone else without full disclosure.
culling then might be the best option.
Good luck!
