picking themselves

I never had chickens before am totally new to the whole process. My girls are 4 weeks old give or take. Looks like their feathers are completely in but don't know what they are supposed to look like. They seem to groom or pick at themselves a lot. Is this a part of their grooming or do they have bugs already? Don't see how that's possible as they have only been outside a few times. Just wondering..
