We are adding three new little ones to our flock. I am going to a store that is an hour from my house - the chicks will be starting their third day tomorrow. I am concerned about the ride back home regarding heat and water. I don't want to blast the heat ON them (too drafty?) and I am also worried they might need water in that time period. What do other people do? Do I need to be worried. My first round of girls were mailed to me. It will be 40-50's outside tomorrow...so at least not freezing!
