Jumping on this bandwagon! I'm not a new member but a returning one. I'm headed to pick up my four chicks this morning after being on a year long break from chicken keeping. Woo Hoo! This flock will be new breeds for me. Australorp, Brown Leghorn, SL Wyandotte and Arucana. I'm hoping they are as wonderful as my original flock was.
The brooder, feeder and waterer are all cleaned and prepped... I'm ready for those peeping chicks. Coop construction is almost complete too. More to come on that.
