Don't forget the Jalepenos and Cayenne peppers!!! Cut up about 4-5 Jalepenos and 8-10 cayenne peppers and add to it. I like them blazing hot, heh, heh. I basically do them like teacher, except I don't pierce the eggs at all. I use white vinegar, salt, sugar, several cloves of garlic, some onion, and the above mentioned fresh cut peppers. I don't measure anything, just go by feel. I usually let them set at least two weeks before I open them.
