Pickled green beans

I have one that I'm pretty fond of. Try it and see what you think:

Dilly Beans

Pack raw snap beans in pints. Each pint put:

-pinch of cayenne pepper
-1 clove of garlic
-1 1/2 Tb. dill seed

Boil brine (6 pints):

-2 1/2 c. vinegar
-2 1/2 c. water
-1/4 c. pickling salt

Pour brine over beans. Seal with lids. Process in cold pack canner.
