I agree, your barred rock just jumps out of the picture....nice little bird!
The wyandotte hen I would say is middle of the road. One of the main faults that the wyandotte breeders in my area are working on is getting the tails back on the birds. They are not supposed to have a 'bunn' for a tail, they are supposed to actually have some main tail feathers.
She looks like she carries her wings too low and her beak could be shorter....makes her look a bit crow headed. One of the best breeders of wyandottes in Canada lives 15 min from my place. He says wyandottes are all curves....there are no straight line of a wyandotte.
I'd also take a close look at her ear lobes....if there is white in them I think that may be a big fault....but it's hard to tell from the pic if it's just the picture angle and lighting, or if it's really white.
Her comb, feather quality and lacing look really good! Match her up with a really nice roo and you'd get some really nice babies.
I can't help with the ameraucana though as I don't have much experience with them.
