Pics of Bantam chicks 1 still unpiped, HELP NEEDED

Hi,

I Hope every body is fine. I set 5 bantam eggs in my incubator, 3 are hatched 1 pipped and 1 still unpipped.
Here r the pics.

And i also set guinea fowl eggs in other incubaor, 22 days in incubator still 6 days left.

Hi this is the 4th chick. 21 days are gone but fifth egg is still unpiped what i should do?

I would give the unhatched egg an extra day or so and then pull it to candle and discard if it is no good.

I also want to mention that chicks should not be on newspaper. It is very slippery for their legs and can cause slipped tendons (commonly known as spraddle leg). Paper towel would be better. Very cute chicks!
