I gave one roo and a hen to my neighbor tonight, so I hope things will be better now with the 2 roos and 3 hens. well, 2 hens and a small ? we dont know yet lol

someone mentioned rooster to hen ratio. it was recommended to my husband, i did not pay attention to what all was said. i had the mommy job of watching the our little ones while they talked and caught chickens

but we have 1 rooster and nine hens. but i don't want anymore roosters. i hate seeing him "catch them and pin them down" just like a man, lol
