Definitely, his grandma Cyn would like to see him as he grows. I'm fascinated with how dark he is! I've seen some pics of very dark BR roosters, but it's very much not the norm.

Oh my gosh, how cute is that? We want to get a few chicks in the Spring, but hubby doesn't want BR's, because we lost our one and only in August, but I must say, it's tempting. Maybe I'll show him those pictures....wait, last night I was mentioning Gertie and her little antics when he teared up...maybe not. What to do, what to do?

That little guy laying down in the first picture just looks like a Cyn baby! He has that same sweet face that her roos do.

I gotta admit, Shaq (Big Feet Dark & Handsome) is my Favorite. I try not to let the other babies know but I usually hold him first and longer and talk to him more. I suspect his Grandma, Cyn has a soft spot for him as he is Zoe's first baby.
