Ok I splinted my chick AJ's leg. She had a cinder block knocked over on her poor little leg... She is still chirping and quit mad when disturbed... I can not see or feel anything out of place.. She was screaming when it is touched and zero weight bearing.. So how do ya'll think I did for my first attempt at mending a broken chick leg.. And do chick act like other animals when their hurt and quit eating and drinking, or is it shock. She does not seem to want as much water and food as she normally does.. Should I force feed her water? And since she still will not walk how do I do this, if she is to get water on her own. I saw a post about making a hanging harness for them but no directions. So any idea's would just be great.. Thanks a lot
