Awww, Isn't it great, I woke up to a duckling this morning too, now just waiting for the other 13 to hatch!

It is lovely to wake up to little fluff balls- and as I keep them beside my bed for the first few days- they are the first thing I see in the morning- Sure makes for a great way to start the day smiling...

The first five are all running about and eating - But the last little fellow stuck backwards in the egg hasnt absorbed all the blood from the veins yet- so theres not much I can do. I have picked the shell from around that area to give it some extra room to move- But now I just have to wait until I can offer any further help.
Lovesduckies...I do have to fiddle with the settings on my camera a bit to get good clear pics from close up- These guys were well behaved for this photo- Ususally they run around alot - but these guys were content to just sit and look around them.

kelseygirl707 Congratualations on your first little one too- and good luck for the others still to hatch.

Thank you!! Although I do sell all my Pekin ducklings I always get some baby pics of each lot to keep for the memories of them.

The picture in your original post looks like they should be little stuffed duckies that you'd buy at Hallmark and set on your computer. Very VERY cute.
