The lavender orps are beautiful. Where do you guys get this color of orps?I loved my buff orps. I am down to one ole golden girl left, but I wouldn't take the world for her.
I have looked in all the sale rags in my area + called local pet stores to see if they knew of anyone who had the lav orps or standard blue cochins. No luck yet.

Those lavender Orpingtons are just lovely! Really beautiful birds. Do you plan to sell eggs/chicks of this breed? And where are you in VA, please?

Better yet...Got a broody hen? That is what I am going to use next. I love my Favs chicks & I wouldn't trade 'em for anything....but whew, chicks are a lot of work!

Hens are better trained for this kind of thing than I am.

gumpsgirl Think you might have some Lav eggs for sale in 2010 Spring???
