Pics of my pullet's eye..any thoughts or advice

I just noticed this today. I am not sure if she could have been pecked or something else could be going on. She is about 10 weeks old. One older hen has not been so welcoming to the new ones. Some have lost a few feathers. Though the older one is mellowing out with them. Not sure what could be going on...Does the red dot look like could be peck mark? Maybe fungus? MG? At hand I have Triple Antibiotic ointment..Duramycin..and Vet RX. Thank you for helping out.e

She could have been..they all hang out in the bushes. Wouldn't know I have chickens unless I call treat time. Chickens can get stung?

If there is a spot that a stinger can get it will..it could very well be something else, a bite too perhaps, just throwing that thought in there...lol
